Residents in the Ramsey Acres community have expressed relief at the actions taken by law enforcement, citing ongoing concerns about suspicious activity in the area for years. Neighbor Jim Henry described disturbances such as fights, yelling, and fires being set on the property, affecting the quality of life in the community.
In response to these concerns, the city previously issued a notice to the property owner to address the issues within seven days. While officials have reassured residents that there is no immediate threat to the community, increased law enforcement presence can be expected in the area to address these persistent issues.
